Our process is structured around five key stages: Discovery → Direction → Design → Development → Launch. The exact workflow is adapted to each project, so a branding project will not be managed in exactly the same way as a custom website or digital product.

The timeline depends on the project's scope, complexity, content readiness, and feedback cycle. Smaller design projects may take a few weeks, while complete identities or custom websites may require several weeks or longer. A realistic timeline is always agreed upon before work begins.

We do not use one fixed price for every project. Pricing is based on the scope of work, complexity, deliverables, technical requirements, timeline, and level of involvement required. You receive a clear proposal before the project begins, so you know exactly what is included.

Yes. We design and develop websites around the specific needs, identity, content, and objectives of each business rather than forcing every client into the same visual template. We can also redesign existing websites when the current experience, structure, performance, or visual direction no longer supports the business.

At the beginning, we mainly need a clear understanding of your business and what you want to achieve. Depending on the project, we may later request existing brand files, content, images, product information, references, or access to relevant platforms. If some materials are not ready yet, we will identify what is needed and help organise the process accordingly.

Yes. Every project includes review and refinement stages. The number of revision rounds depends on the scope and is defined clearly in the proposal before work begins. Our goal is not simply to make changes, but to refine the work until it aligns with the agreed direction and project objectives.

Before final delivery or launch, we review the agreed deliverables and test relevant functionality where applicable. Depending on the project, ongoing support, maintenance, optimisation, design support, or future development can be arranged separately.

Once the project is completed and all agreed payments have been received, the approved final deliverables are transferred according to the terms of the project agreement. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, plugins, or licensed technologies remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
